Peterson the Manipulator?

OK, this is absurd. Republican John Peterson, my Congressman here in northern Pennsylvania, is apparently a serial vote changer. I commented earlier on Peterson's vote change on the issue of pay raises for members of Congress after seeing that his vote wasn't necessary to stifle debate on the subject. Well, it turns out this is a regular issue with Peterson.

On October 17th, Peterson voted against an amendment on the Iraq appropriation and then changed his vote afterwards. On October 15th, Peterson changed his vote on the referral of the Energy Policy Act of 2003. I haven't checked further but I hope that there is something physically wrong with his voting machinery because this trend of shifting votes is disturbing.
